About Our

Registration System
In 2012, we made some fantastic upgrades to our online camps registration system. In addition to the calendar views and ability to sort the registration form, we have made it MUCH easier for you to add more camps and view your current camp list. When you click on any of our camp registration forms, you will be asked to log in. If you played for AP during the 2012, 2013 or 2014 season OR you have taken an AP camp in the past 3 years, you DO have a username/password so use the forgot user/pass link if you need to find out your username or reset your password. Otherwise, no problem! 'Create a Profile' and your username/password will give you access to the 'add camps' and 'view my camps' options. You only have to enter your information once!

Paying with a Credit Card

You will have the option to pay using PayPal and you do NOT have to have an account with PayPal to use the system. When you pay through the system, your spot will automatically and immediately be reserved and confirmed for you. Already registered online and want to go back and pay online for just one of the camps? Go to 'my account', click 'view my camps' and you can select which camps you want to pay for!

Camp Prices

All camp prices listed reflect a 4% cash discount. When you pay via check, cash or money order, you are eligible to get the listed discount price. Credit card purchases do not qualify for the discount-listed rates.

IMPORTANT: Reserve & Confirm your spots

  • We accept players in to camps on a first-come first-served basis by the date we receive payment. You must send in payment to guarantee a spot.
  • No spots are held for players until we receive payment. (You will be listed as 'Pending' until we receive payment.)
  • All of our camps have limited availability based on numbers of courts and coaches allocated to the camp.


All players MUST have a waiver on file BEFORE they will be allowed to participate in camp. You may scan and email your waiver to camps@apcamps.com, mail it to our camps address (listed above) OR bring with you on the first day of camp. Athletes will be held out of camp if a waiver is not received, and no refunds will be issued to athletes that are held out of camp for missing waivers.
